This published data ONLY includes missed face to face appointments with our Clinicians (i.e. Healthcare Assistants, Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and GPs) across our three sites.
We DO NOT include telephone consultations that are not answered in this data.
If you no longer require your appointment or can no longer attend, please inform the surgery so that someone else can use your appointment.
We appreciate that sometimes people’s circumstances change at short notice, and letting us know you can no longer attend an appointment won’t always be possible. However, wherever possible please do let us know as soon as you can.
If you need to cancel your appointment you can call the surgery and select option 4 where you can leave a message and a member of the team will cancel your appointment, alternatively you can contact us via our website www.jennerhealthcare.co.uk selecting “Contact us Online”.
