The Hub is a GP led evening and weekend service where local GPs, Nurses and Health Care Assistants offer a range of services for patients registered at participating practices
Appointments can be easily made by calling your usual registered GP Surgery and asking for a GP Hub appointment.

Appointments are available to patients between 18:30-20:30 Monday – Friday and 9:00-13:00 and 13:30-17:30 on Saturdays
How do I get an appointment at the GP Hub?
Call your GP surgery and ask for an appointment at the GP Hub. They will be able to book you into their next available evening or Saturday appointment.
Is there free car parking at the GP Hub?
Patients receive 30 minutes of free parking; however, for durations exceeding this, charges apply. Payment must be made upon departure at the cash-only ticket machines conveniently located throughout the City Care Centre.
If I book an appointment at the GP Hub, will they have access to my medical record?
At the point of booking the appointment with your surgery, you will be asked whether you agree to share your patient record so that the local clinicians at the GP Hub are able to access your record and also share relevant information back to your Surgery. This is necessary so that the appropriate notes and referrals can be passed on to your surgery for follow-up actions.
